Kerri Golden is a senior executive with 20 years of general management and finance experience in a variety of high technology industries including: wireless telecommunications, entertainment and media, software development and biotechnology. She has been active in financing activities which have raised over $700 million in equity and debt; merger and acquisition activities including in-licensing technologies from university research organizations; business and financial planning and all aspects of financial and operational management. Kerri has had a variety of corporate experiences with companies that were at different stages of their development, ranging from start-ups to large public companies.

Kerri's prior positions include: President & Chief Executive Officer for Bell Mobility Paging, Chief Financial Officer for Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., Vice President and Comptroller for BCE Mobile Communications, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Lorus Therapeutics, as well as other management, finance and IT roles with Bell Mobility Cellular and Cantel Mobile Communications. Kerri also operated her own business for two years, providing strategic financial advice and management support to high technology start-up companies.

Tony Redpath is a senior executive with over 25 years experience in high technology start-ups, with a particular focus on the commercialization of university generated technologies. He has a broad background in materials science, especially in the plastics industry, and has also had extensive experience in working with environmental technologies.

Tony moved to industry as a research scientist at EcoPlastics, a small technology based company developing photo-degradable (litter-control plastics), as well as other environmental technologies. He became President of the company and managed it through the process of going public. Following his departure from EcoPlastics he served as a consultant on environmental and materials issues to a range of companies / agencies in fields as diverse as forestry, health care, chemicals and transportation.

Prior to joining Primaxis, he was a Director at an Ontario Centre of Excellence in the materials and manufacturing area. He was particularly active in the creation of spin-off companies.
